Lab 2: Printing, Variables and User Input

Summary of Goals

• Become familiar with LabRat in WileyPlus
• Practice writing print statements
• Practice declaring and using variables
• Practice reading user input.
• More practice with DrJava

Activities

During Lab, we will:

• WileyPlus: Go over the first problem in the online WileyPlus assignment called "A first assignment". You are complete this assignment (2 problems) by Friday (Sept 9, 5pm).

• Continue to practice using DrJava to declare variables (Sec 2.1) and to read input from the user (Sec 2.3).

• Work together as a class on programming problems P2.1 and P2.2. These will not be turned in.
