The group folder should contain the following: **************************************************************************************** files **************************************************************************************** the story (Word doc). the shot list (Word) along with who is responsible for animating each shot. the task list identifying who does what tasks (team leader, scene modeler, etc) **************************************************************************************** subfolders **************************************************************************************** Storyreel: storyboard images and storyreel generated from images. This will be the starting point for the editor. Reference: contains images and other documents used to develop the look and feel of the animation. MayaProject: the Maya project for the group (include project subfolders for project). Editor: this contains the Adobe Premier elements project for your animation. It should include subfolders with the most current rendered frames used to generate the current quicktime animation. Each shot should have its own subfolder. At any given time, a shot subfolder should either contain the storyboard images for that shot, the frames generated from the animatic, or the most current animated frames. LatestQuicktime - contains the most-up-to-date quicktime file of animation. Music students should be able to look here to see the latest animation.
