Around Rarotonga by Moped

After getting our Cook Island Driver's Licenses from the National Police Headquarters, we rented a moped (the most common form of conveyance for tourists and residents alike) and circled the island.  These are some of the photos I took while riding on the back of the moped.

Left: Risking my life by letting go of Greg for a moment to try and get a shot of us riding on the moped.

Below Left: The blur of a cemetery to our left.

Below Right: To our right, lush tropical foliage.

Left: A picture of Greg next to our moped as we take a much needed ergonomic break during our ride.

Below Left: The National Police Headquarters for the Cook Islands.  Inside they have police patches from all over the world.  The collection includes patches from places like Australia, England, and Pendleton, Oregon.
