  • Discuss writing exercise from last week - create a story given two characters and a place.
  • Story Development and Storyboarding

• Thursday in class:

  • Go over approaches for generating story ideas
  • Pick one other person to work with.
  • Brainstorm several story ideas. Keep in mind the following:
    • You only have 1 minute.
    • Your characters must be simple enough to model and control in Maya.
    • Can you say in one sentence: what is the point of your story? Also see checklist.
  • Type up your story draft to discuss next Tuesday. It should be 1-2 paragraphs in length.
