• Lab:

  • Tuesday: Review work for Lab 2: Introduction to Modeling
  • Tuesday: Discuss and begin Lab 3: Creating an Animation Loop Look at animations from previous classes.
  • Note: Professor Orr is at a conference on Tuesday, Feb 1. Our TA, Matt Wolpa, will lead the class. He will:
    • Coordinate an in-class exercise to critique Lab 2 compositions (see Lab 2 instructions).
    • Look at example loops from previous years (these are on enfuzion in the folder AnimationEx).
    • Do a demo showing you how to use the graph editor for animation.
    • Go over the technical steps for setting up Maya, generating frames, and creating the quicktime movie. Instructions can be found here.
