• Monday:

  • In class:
    • Critiques - each group member will give summary of what they have accomplished.
    • Status reports - take 10 minutes of class time to submit status reports.

• Wed & Fri:

  • Take time to organize your scene files - have objects been named? Are objects grouped appropriately? Also see Cleaning Up Maya Scene Files.
  • Character modeling
  • Prop & Scene Modeling
  • Animatics - start this even if models are not completed!
  • Maya SplineIK Rope tutorial on Youtube. See examples: ropeExample.mov and snake.mov

• Expectations for the week after break:

  • Monday Critiques - Each group member will present the work they have done on one or more of the following:
    • character modeling
    • prop & scene modeling
    • animatics
    • submit status reports.
